Terms of sale
These terms cover buying Paid in 360 at paidin360.com. The course is sold by Cornerstone Marketing Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15190663 ("we").
What you buy. Online access to the Paid in 360 course: the lessons, diagrams and templates described on the sales page, for use in your own business. Updates to the course are included.
Price and payment. The price is shown on the sales page and at checkout, in pounds sterling. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you buy. We never see your card details.
Access. After payment we email you how to get into the course, usually within one working day.
Your right to cancel. The course is digital content. At checkout you agree that you want access straight away, and that your 14-day right to cancel ends once you have been given access. If you have not been given access yet, you can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
If something is wrong. If the course is faulty or not as described, tell us and we will put it right or, where the law says so, refund you. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Using the course. The course is for you and your business. Please do not share your login, or copy or resell the lessons and templates. You can use the templates with your own clients.
Results. Prices and examples in the course are a guide. What you earn depends on your work, your prices and your area.
The law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
